Groups

“I thought I was the only one”

Many people find unimaginable relief in individual or couple’s therapy. After a while, you can hit another wall- the shame that lingers in the back of your mind.

“You are the only one.”
“No one could understand, you’re such an outlier.”

While you are starting to feel better, you know there is more for you to experience in the freedom and peace you are looking for.

Group therapy offers a safe and dynamic environment where you can get additional elements of healing that just can’t be replicated in individual therapy: community, robust discussion, differing but helpful viewpoints.

We offer a variety of groups tailored to each issue we specialize in. We keep our groups small and valuable. Some groups are ongoing, offering opportunities to pick up and leave off as you need and others are more goal-focused and time limited. Check below for our current offerings.

If you see something you think might help, give us a call. We can explore how group therapy can support you.
