Hi, I’m Amy Drake
When you sit down with me, you’ll find someone who’s real, approachable, and comfortable with your laughter and your tears while also believing fiercely in your strength to move through them.. I’m trained in perinatal mental health, CBT, DBT, Gottman, EFT, and ART. All those letters and acronyms basically mean I’ve spent a lot of time learning different ways to help people heal, connect, and feel like themselves again. It also means I have a pretty big toolbox. So whether you need practical coping skills, a space to process deep emotions, or new ways to strengthen relationships, I can meet you where you are.
Outside the therapy room, I’m a big believer in simple joys. I love being with my family—whether we’re out on a trail, playing cards around the table, or cheering each other on at various activities.
Hiking keeps me sane, gardening keeps me humble, and I find entirely unreasonable joy in organizing anything that will hold still long enough. They’re the things that refill my tank and help me stay present for the people I care about, inside and outside the office.
At the heart of it, what matters most isn’t the acronyms on my wall, it’s what it feels like to sit with me: present, supportive, and fully on your team.
